    A rare unissued note.  In 2004 several of these came on the market.  Historically the appearance of formerly unavailable banknotes only occasionally has caused a total collapse of the price position, though by the time the 50th specimen of something has arrived the triple digits level will have become hard to maintain.  As I write this (12/04) my price seems to be about normal.  We shall, as always, see what happens.
    In late 2005 the market has NOT collapsed on these.
