CHINA, banknote printing plates.
These all come from Shanghai.  The customs gold unit face plates, you will note, are by a Chinese printer.  The notation in the Pick catalog that they were printed by American Banknote Company is only partially true.  ABNC printed the backs only.

CP1) Private note wooden printing block, provider called it "for Hell Money."  Old style vertical type.  "Reign title" is Tian Yun (Heaven's Fortune), apparently no value stated, maybe Hell Money is what it is.  204x94mm, F $95.00 sold
