KEELING-COCOS ISLANDS,
    These are not a country and they haven't really issued "coins."  Part of Australia, the owners of a store issued a set of plastic tokens early in the 20th century.  These grew to be popular with the one-of-every-country collectors, they are in the coin catalogs, there have been some subsequent issues of tokens and then of non-circulating "coins."
