USA, Fractional Currency, third series, 10 cents, P108, 3.3.1863.  The Union gunboat Mercedita captured the Confederate blockade runner Bermuda 4/27/1862.  Part of the cargo was a quantity of "CSA" watermarked paper destined for use as Confederate banknotes.  Some proofs were printed on this contraband paper and sold in the north as fund raisers.  This pair is from the Farouk collection.  Face proof Unc, back proof has small edge tear & pair of tiny shallow digs out of top margin.  The pair $220.00 sold
