HAWAII
    The 19th century Hawaiian banknotes are incredibly rare.  The ones that turn up and can be bought by ordinary people are the World War II notes made in fear of a Japanese invasion.  They were USA notes with crucial alterations so they could be easily demonetized should worst come to pass.
