-Band is black with red piping.  I believe this means MVD.  There is a second badge above the regular badge.  This appears to be a replacement version of WWII officer badge. The visor is fiber, which I assume means it's older.  There is no retaining spring inside so the hat is "soft."  XF 60.00 sold
