USSR, "alternative" medals
    "Alternative" in the case of these things means alternative history.  These are produced for those nostalgic for the romance of the Soviet past, as if the Soviet Union still existed.  Roughly the equivalent of the Confederate battle flag here in the USA, where I live.  Diehards, etc.
