UNITED STATES OF AMERICA COINS
Most of my clients live in USA, though the percentage and number living in other countries has been growing for 30 years.  Here in the United States of America we tend to ignore, among other things, the fact that there are several other "United States" nations, including, among others, Mexico and Brasil.  And we do not notice that other inhabitants of the "western" hemisphere find themselves unsettled by the American arrogation of the term "American," feeling that they are "Americans" as well.  In Mexico they call us "United Statesians."  In South America they sometimes refer to this country as the US of North A.   Seems more complicated than it is.
